1. The service

B-connex provides AI-assisted prospecting and outreach automation for Australian businesses, including integrations with LinkedIn, Email, Instagram, X, and similar platforms. Specific features depend on your subscription tier.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the organisation you represent.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk messages in violation of the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) or equivalent foreign law.
  • Scrape data in violation of the source platform's terms or robots.txt.
  • Use the service to harass, defraud, defame, or impersonate another person.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Resell or sublicense access without our written consent.

4. Subscriptions, fees and GST

All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST where applicable. Tax invoices are issued via the platform and are ATO/BAS aligned. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

5. Refunds

6. Your data

You retain ownership of your customer/lead data and any content you upload. You grant B-connex a non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display that data solely for the purpose of operating the service for you. AI prompts may be processed by third-party providers — see the Privacy Policy.

7. Connected accounts

When you connect a third-party account (LinkedIn, Email, etc.), you authorise B-connex to act on your behalf within the scopes granted. You remain responsible for compliance with that platform's terms of service. You can disconnect at any time from Integrations.

8. Service availability

9. Suspension and termination

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, B-connex's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes any non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing law
